Bonete Chico
With a height of 6759 meters, Bonete Chico is considered as the fourth highest mountain in South America.
In general, Bonete Chico is not frequently climbed due to its remote location. In fact, it was believed that it is unclimbed until 1970. Rock climbing is needed in order to reach the summit.
There is ample space in the park for camping. You will find some old Refugios or huts along the main road.
Best Time to Climb
Climbing conditions are favorable and generally more stable from late November to late March.
