Synopsis: Huanglong : Xuebaoding is the major peak of Min Shan Mountains. The altitude is 5588 meters above sea level. The snow-caped peak is embraced with mist all the time. Xuebaoding is the Sacred Mountain of Tibetan people legend. According to the local residents, only in July and August, people can see the whole appearance occasionally. The snowbroth on the mountain irrigate the grass. But it first moistens the gutter at the foot of the mountain. This gutter is the famous Huanglong Gou. The gutter is a 3.5 km long, 300 meters wide calcified valley. Since the landform is like a dragon, it is also called "Hidden Dragon mt." In the gutter, the snowbroth mixes with karst water underground. With different speed of flows and the uplying landform, the calcium carbonate in water coagulate to solid calcified channels, makes a great scenery of pools with colorful layers. The colorful pool is also one of the major sceneries in Huanglong. Wuyi Mountain: Wuyi Mountain is situated at the junction of Fujian and Jiangxi. The many hills and cloughs create a complicated landform. Wuyi Mountain can be called the sacred place for biologists.
