International Youth Climbing & Trekking Camp

The International Youth Climbing & Trekking Camp is set for the 21st to the 27th of August and will be held in Ohrid Lake, Macedonia.
The main goal of camp is to bring together young climbing enthusiasts, to hike through one natural monument, three national parks and on the coast of the beautiful Ohrid Lake. The camp is open to individuals aged 16 to 30 years old. Participants should lead climb at a minimum of 6a French grade.
The event provides a chance to meet other climbing enthusiasts from other countries and exchange knowledge as well as techniques. The event will increase one's knowledge through demonstrations, lectures and experience, get a great insight into the Macedonian climbing traditions and
ethics and provide a platform for international debate and discussion on current topics concerning climbing worldwide. A demonstration will also be held to feature famous alpine and sport climber, as well as some movies and pictures made by local climbers.
