Aspen Division of Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals

WEDNESDAY, 19 AUGUST 2009

Vail, CO -- The company’s expansion launches under the name Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals, and will have divisions in both concierge services and real estate. New locations include Breckenridge, Keystone, Snowmass, and Aspen. Hoffman has announced Lucas Baier of Snowmass, Colorado to launch and lead the Aspen/Snowmass branch. Hoffman trusts that Baier is the perfect candidate to run the Aspen division of his locally-run third-party vacation rental company, not only due to Baier’s experience in business operations and management, but also his intimate knowledge of the Aspen area along with his self-motivated and driven mindset.

The expansion of Hoffman’s local third-party vacation rental company, is a milestone in the evolution of both the success of the entrepreneur’s company and of the advancement of the vacation rental industry altogether. As of now, Tommy Z. Hoffman is the only third-party vacation rental provider operating on a local level, giving him the most extensive and un-biased lodging alternatives in the Vail Valley, and—soon to be—in the entire region of the Rocky Mountains, with locations ranging from Steamboat, Telluride, and Winter Park, to Whistler Blackcomb and Heavenly. Baier’s opening up of the Aspen division is just the start to what will be a very lucrative and successful business module.

Lucas Baier is in the process of selling his extreme sports company which he founded in 2007, “Sack Up Sports”, an extreme sports company supplying optimum equipment for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and rock climbing. He is a licensed Broker and Managing Partner at Baier Realty, located in three states around the country—Georgia, Florida, and Colorado. Baier has already begun his training for Hoffman’s new internet lodging providing software, and will officially open up the Aspen division in August of 2009.
