British Mountaineering Council Meeting on June 30
TUESDAY, 26 JUNE 2007
The British Mountaineering Council (BMC) stated that the next meeting for the North West area will be held this coming Saturday, June 30 at the popular Egerton Quarry across Wilton.
Prior to the meeting, the members are requested to meet at the quarry by 10:30 in the morning, in order to start with the clean-up activity for the vicinity. Main activities include litter picking, cutting trees, and pond and stream cleaning. Participants are requested to bring their cleaning tools along with their climbing equipment.
As for the meeting, it will be held at about 4 pm, above the Cherry Bomb area. Food will be served and everyone is welcome.
