Come see and experience one of the most important elements of our worlds history. Witness the mayan ruins!
Go to coba, climb to the top and see the great span of jungle, and the tops of other ruins.

Great post. I've been to the mayan ruins. Its nice to get off the rocks and experience this trip. It was part of my ruins trip last year where i made visits to cambodia and mexico. Ankor wat was beautiful and so are the mayn pyramids.
I have a secret. If you dont really like to be part of the groups, you can lose lose the crowds by heading to the Muyil ruins which is a rarely visited site. Also very good to watch birds here.

guatemala, mexico, belize, honduras -;try to complete them. the Costa Maya is very near several Mayan ruins. The reason why i love the Caribbean beaches is because of my love for the Mayan culture.

stay in the mayan beach garden before where most of the ruins in the Southern Yucatan can be visited on a day trip. If you want to stay longer and explore deeply then arrannge for overnight visits to let you be able to see all the ruins and complete the entire mayan experience.

well there are other beach resorts and cheaper ones too. This is one of the more popular i guess. The best is to travel with a rental car. When the tide is tough, make a go for the ruins. Thats the perfect way to spend a day here. After your trip, you can relax by the beach white sands and all that caribbean stuff!
