I'm trying to start my own line of freeze dried climbing meals. I've been a cook/chef for 16 years and I've been a climber for about 4 years. I'm trying to see what types of foods people want to eat while climbing, what's important to them, and how much money they would pay for sustainable/organic freeze dried meals. I know what I want to eat when I climb, but I'd like some broader perspective. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

wholesome, tasty, non-salty meals.
I dehydrate my own food...love lentil soup, chick-pea curry, anything that can then be put on a base of cous cous or something easy.
yeah, so curries (heat you up when cold), thick hearty soup, chilli con carne (or vegetarian version with berlotti/kidney beans).
