Any rough ideas on the market value (USD) of a mint or near mint mid-1940's Stubai ice axe?

Lots of variables involved. Specific model, length, etc. In short, no exact answer for you, unfortunately. I have a few older Aschenbrenner ice axes. I think I paid between $20 and $75 for them. All were in good or better condition -- i.e. usable for those wish to climb with them. Mine are for display only.
