i've been so into these books for dummies such as spanish for dummies, etc. i think they're all helpful. who among you guys buy these stuff?

hi bogarthead! books for dummies, huh? i have a couple of those, too! helpful at first, but once you already know how to go about this-and-that, it becomes useless. i'm trying to sell them now, actually! haha

they have those in cd's now too. ive seen the languages eg french for dummies, like 3 discs/box. pretty cheap too where i'm from, im not sure in other territories.

Yes, I've seen those language tutorials for dummies, but I think it would be much more fun learning a language in a class or something to have other people to converse and practice with.

yeah ive seen those too. they can be helpful. bot nothing beats practical usage in a classroom setting.
